We have been working with Laura for over a year to fulfill our dream of buying a vacation property in Florida. Last year, we finally found a property that met our criteria and we were able to purchase a lot on the beach. The negotiations were particularly difficult because a). the many rules and regulations for building a house on the water b). we live in Ohio and were participating remotely and c). this was at the height of covid. We actually purchased the lot without seeing it in person, as Laura was able to walk us through what we needed to see during several video chats. She also helped us understand the various restrictions regarding siting, construction, etc. to make sure we could build the house we wanted. Laura has been extremely helpful after we closed when issues have arisen as we've started the process of demolition and rebuilding.
